Class Rosters for Dept


How to run a class roster for all classes in your department

Navigation: Campus Community > USM Campus Community > Reporting > USM Class Roster


  1. Click the Add a New Value link.

    Step 1
  2. Enter a "title" for this process. 


    For this example, type "Example_Class_Roster"

  3. Click the Add button.

  4. Enter the appropriate term code.


    For this example, enter 4105.

  5. Enter the desired campus (Hattiesburg, Gulf Coast, or Online).


    For this example, enter HBG.

  6. Enter the appropriate academic career (UGRD, GRAD)


    For this example, enter UGRD

    Step 6
  7. Enter the appropriate subject area.


    For this example, enter ENG.

  8. N = print rosters for the whole department

    Y = print a particular roster


    For this example, enter N.

  9. Click the Run button.

    Step 9
  10. Choose PSUNX for Server Name.

  11. Choose Web for Type.

    Step 11
  12. Choose PDF for the Format.

    Step 12
  13. Click the OK button.

  14. Click the Report Manager link.

  15. Click the Refresh button until you see "Posted" in the Status column.

  16. Once you see "Posted" in the Status column, click on the USM Class Roster link.

  17. Turn off pop-up blockers.  The report will display in a new window.
